Physical Standard Test (PST) – Stage 1

PET for Male Candidates (General Duty Home Guard)
- High Jump: 135 centimeters (3 attempts will be given).
- Long Jump: 4 meters (3 attempts will be given).
- 1500 Meter Run: 5 minutes 30 seconds (1 attempt will be given).
- 100 Meter Run: 14 seconds (1 attempt will be given).
PET for Female Candidates (General Duty Home Guard)
- High Jump: 110 centimeters (3 attempts will be given).
- Long Jump: 3 meters (3 attempts will be given).
- 800 Meter Run: 3 minutes 50 seconds (1 attempt will be given).
- 100 Meter Run: 18 seconds (1 attempt will be given).
Selection Process and Final Enrollment
Stage 3 involves the distribution of marks for General Duty. A final merit list will be drawn by the enrollment board based on the marks obtained in Stage 3. The final enrollment will be made based on this merit list, subject to satisfactory character verification and medical fitness verification.
